01. The Service Boundary
LetsPing is a State Management Protocol. We provide the infrastructure to pause, persist, and resume execution threads. We explicitly do not execute, interpret, or validate the business logic contained within your agents.

02. High Risk Activities
You acknowledge that LetsPing is not designed for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, including but not limited to:
- Operation of nuclear facilities
- Aircraft navigation or communication systems
- Life support machines
- Weapons systems
Critical Notice: Any use of LetsPing where a service failure could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage is strictly prohibited.
03. Service Availability
We strive for high availability for both Free and Pro plans but do not offer financial SLAs for self-serve usage. The targets below represent our internal Service Level Objectives (SLO) only and may change as the platform evolves.

04. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
05. Limitation of Liability
In plain English: If you use LetsPing for critical business logic and our service goes down, we are not responsible for your lost revenue or data. Please design your agents with redundancy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cordia Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall Cordia Labs' total liability exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months.
06. Data Processing
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) template is available at /legal/dpa for legal review. Enterprise customers may request a signed DPA via legal@letsping.co or your enterprise contact.
07. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
